Today, on International Women’s Day 2025, we honour the power, grace, resilience, and brilliance of women across the world. And as I reflect on this day, I also celebrate something deeply personal—sharing my birthday with the phenomenal woman who wrote these words.
But more than that, I celebrate what it means to be phenomenal—to own who I am, flaws and all, to stand in my power, and to show up fully as myself.
Phenomenal Doesn’t Mean Perfect—It Means Present
It doesn’t mean I don’t have flaws.It doesn’t mean I always get it right.It doesn’t mean I don’t experience doubt.
What it does mean is that I choose to own my story, my power, and my visibility.

✨ I lead even when I don’t feel ready.
