The Nine Principles of Life Enrichment

Climbing a Mountain

When your dreams really mean something to you, they will never go away. You think about the lifestyle you want to live, the relationships you want to create, the career you want to have, the business you want to start, every day.

It almost becomes an obsession.

That sense of where you are supposed to be and what you are supposed to be doing with your life lingers in the back of your mind, constantly reminding you that you are not fulfilling your purpose!

Many of us carry baggage from the past that hinders our ability to fight for the things that we want in life. It may seem like the highest mountain you have to climb or the longest road you will travel along, but when you learn to let go of those emotions and memories that are holding you back, that’s when you’re finally able to find the courage you need to put yourself first for a change, and step into your success.

One of the key mindset lessons that I learnt from my coaching with Les Brown is the Nine Principles of Life Enrichment.

They phrased in an “I” statement so that you can affirm it and embody them in your life.

  1. I can achieve far beyond my horizons and in avenues of life I have never explored.

  2. I possess a basic goodness, which is the foundation for the greatness I can ultimately achieve.

  3. I must take responsibility for my actions, my well-being and the attainment of my maximum potential.

  4. I must seek self-awareness, self-approval and self-commitment in order to attain self-fulfilment.

  5. I must commit myself to building and maintain relationships that are critical to the social development of my family and community.

  6. I must manifest the belief that mutual respect is the fundamental element of all relationships.

  7. I will heighten my life by helping others heighten theirs.

  8. I will work toward my goals by planning, executing and measuring my progress.

  9. I will make commitments with care and honour them with integrity.

These principles are presented to you to help you focus on what matters most to you and I encourage you to read them everyday and add more that resonate deeply with you.

This will help you focus and remember why you're on the path to where your passion and purpose is calling.

I also want to emphasise that with the gifts you have been given comes the responsibility to develop and use them to not only serve you, but also to serve others and that's where your personal brand is of most use to you - when you serve others.

As a result of your life experiences, I know that you can accomplish almost anything you want to in any area of life, you just need to focus the innate power that we all have at our disposal.

When you put yourself in a position where you have to stretch outside your comfort zone, then you are forced to expand your consciousness to strive and achieve what you want out of life.

To understand what you have to offer (your passion) and who you really are (your purpose) and believe with every fibre of your mind and body that you are capable of anything you maintain your focus on.

We are in a time of spiritual awakening and more and more people are discovering how to use their internal guidance…in other words, their instincts and the power of their mind to create their existence.

However, as with everything else, it takes practice to hear and understand your guidance system, so that you feel more empowered and in control of your life...so that you can make decisions based on how it feels rather than fear or doubt.

If you need support with understanding how to step into your power and achieve the success you know you should have, I'd love for you to book a discovery call with me so we can have an informal chat about where you want to be and how you can get there.

Remember, you are perfectly who you're supposed to be. Love, honour and embrace how amazing you are.
